now it's time for a look at the weather with simon king. hello again.w days. there are still numerous flood warnings in force across england and wales after all that rainfall we have had rushing down into the rivers. this morning, though, has been quite serene and beautiful in wigan with the few bright spells. this is the satellite image through this morning. you can see the swirl of cloud here, an area of low pressure that will throw in some showers today but you can notice there are some breaks in the cloud to give us some sunshine as well. generally speaking it is mild as well but in the far north of scotland we still have some pretty cold air, so this morning there has been a bit of snow but that is generally going to clear away and for many parts of scotland is going to be fairly cloudy, some showers moving in, some cloud developing with some rain affecting central and south—eastern areas, heavy showers into the south—west, maximum temperature is 9—12 c, but maybe 3-5 c in temperature is 9—12 c, but maybe 3—5 c in the far north of scotland. tonight

the daily star has a sombre quote from his co—star simon king who says, his best friend is on a journeyizzini. hello, there. well, february was mild on the whole, and it was also very wet for many of us, particularly across parts of east anglia, where some spots saw as much as three times the average february rainfall. now, as we head into march and the start of the meteorological spring, well, it's all about to turn colder. there'll be some frosty nights and the possibility of some of that rain, the showers turn into snow over the higher ground. now, mostly any snow will be over 200 metres elevation. so that does include the high ground of northern ireland, the welsh mountains, the pennines and the cumbrian fells. and some of that rain and snow will be pushing towards the southern uplands as we head towards the end of the day where the snow levels could start to drop a little bit. but there will be a lot of heavy rain as we head through the morning across england, wales and northern ireland. it's all clearing its way northwards and eastwards showers, brighter spells following on behind

government, while in many other countries , the king is usually responsible for this task, well, we got to know a little about the political structure of sweden. simon mohammad. do you think this model of election monitoring is not in conflict with civil liberties in elections? well, i believe that elections should be monitored because even though sweden says and introduces itself as a democracy, it does everything carefully and he does the right thing, but he is an election observer. from denmark, yademeh criticized the swedish elections in 2018 and described it as one of the worst elections he had ever seen , to the extent that these various manipulations made the main ruling parties have an advantage over other parties such as the swedish democrats. the danish observer compared it and compared it to some elections that are qualified? it is necessary that they have the support of a certain number of people to be nominated . i mean, if we look at the nomination conditions, there is no requirement for educational qualifications no, we do not have to study in sweden because sweden has the lowest educational requirements for the parliament in europe.
