simon mcgregor-wood has the latest from lausanne. >> the talks in lor san have broken up. we had that statement from an e.u. official. in the last few minutes we heard positive statements attributed to the iranian foreign minister zarif. and so russia's foreign minister sergey lavrov. who have been speaking on the way out of the talks. mr zarif said importantly that there has been significant progress and said that he hopes that the drafting of an agreement can start later on wednesday when the foreign ministers reconvene. sergey lavrov according to the russian wires say there has been significant agreement on all the main principle issues involved in the talks. so in the last few hours in lausanne what appear to be a significant break through. if this is correct, and i think we need to be a little cautious about this. we haven't heard from the americans, the british or the french or the german foreign ministers, there has been no statements from the europeans. if the iranians and russians are taken at their word. there'll be a meeting early in the morning. it is expect if

let's go to simon mcgregor wood in switzerland for the latest on that. >>reporter: a slightly confusing picture. i'll try and map out what we know. it is now half past 2:00 in the morning in switzerland. two and a half three hours beyond that original midnight deadline. we know the talks have broken up that took place behind me. then interestingly we heard two bits of information attributed firstly to the foreign minister for iran who is quoted as saying that during the talks, there had been significant progress and that he hoped later on wednesday, the parties would requeen to start drafting the final terms of an agreement. then we heard comments attributed to the russian foreign minister talking to russian journalists saying that as far as he was concerned, there had been agreement on all the main issues. now, that would be a very significant break through. i would have to urge some caution. we don't know for example, what the official u.s. position is on these comments. we haven't heard from the europeans, british, french or german foreign ministers w

. >> simon mcgregor wood joins us live from london. it would seem from the outside that google is good at what they do but what are they caused of? >> they're accused in short of abusing what many europeans consider to be an effective monopoly. over 90% have all web based searches go through google in europe. what the e.u. is saying after this very long investigation is that when you search for something like a new pair of shoes through the google shopping system, google based services are prioritized in the results even though they may not be the best or most appropriate results for the consumer. this has long been a suspicion are lots of other companies in the digital marketplace and with today's announcement, the e.u. is saying there's enough here to suspect that in fact google is abusing its power. >> how i guess google responding to this? >> we've known about this the last few days, that this announcement would be made, so the extent that google issued an internal memo to its staff saying we have a very strong case to answer and w
