they say he served back and forth across simpkins road a few times. his truck ended up in the trees over there. they say he wasn't wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the car. his truck ended up on that side of the road and his body on this side of the road over here. this accident happened around 7:00 this morning. it kept simpkins road shut down until about 9:30 while troopers investigated and the tow truck company picked up the pieces of the truck. pieces were scattered all over the road a few hundred feet in either direction. i talked with neighbors who live nearby where the accident happened. he says he wasn't surprised to see another accident in this area. he says people often drive faster than 35 miles per hour which is the posted speed limit. >> it sounded like a big boom outside. i have security camera inside the house. you looked at it. i saw the light. i went outside. by the time i went out it was like the fire truck was here first thing and we see that thing. >> you can't put speed bumps on main road. and they're not going to follow the 3
