turned to ice on sioux city streets. i'm in downtown sioux city and as you can see they are all out on the roads. i spoke with the sioux city streets department who are making sure siouxlanders are able to still travel around on those slippery roads. they're warning drivers tonight to take it slow and give yourself additional time to get to your destination. drivers also need to stick with the main traveled roads because those are top priorities for plowing. the superintenden t of the streets department says it's the hardest time of the year.
