the mystery of what happened in this house in skillman on september 28th has still not been solved and the prosecutors office remains the lead agency in the investigation of the death of john and joyce sheridan, they are now giving manpower and expertise in this case. the sheridans were stabbed multipeople times with three different weapons prior to the fryer being set in their bathroom. and this means only a third party could have committed the crime. the sheridans were remembered in a memorial service in trenton and prior to his career in cooper, sheridan was a well known and politically connected republican that once served as at transportation secretary. his brother is critical so far saying the prosecutor is totally incompetent and that his sister was stabbed at least eight times and john sheridan had a stab wound on his side and to his neck and was found beneath a large armoir. they ruled out the couple's four sons as suspects but they are not happy with their uncle talking about details about the crime. we do not condone releasing piece meal information and it's not happening ge

. >> reporter: we do know that school the rock brook school out of skillman, new jersey, is a school for handicapped and developmentally disabled students. the bus itself is owned by rick's bus company out of lakewood, new jersey. we are told all of the victims were wearing seat belts at the time. iain, lucy? >> that is good news. those seat belts. thank you very much, chris happening right now a violent kidnapping suspect is back in philadelphia. delvin barnes is here to face federal charges in the abduction of 22 year old carlesha freeland gaither. the 37 year old arrived at the federal detention center in philadelphia late this morning. prosecutors say he grab the 22 year old woman off germantown street on november 2nd and surveillance cameras captured all of those moments that he dragged her down that street shoved her into a car. federal agents rescued freeland gaither three days later. then arrested barnes. he's been in a virginia jail on charges from a different kidnapping. barnes is slated to appear in federal court tomorrow. >>> some cold temperatures on the way. your fox 29

. >> reporter: the bus was bringing students home from rock brook school in skillman, new jersey. all three people on board including the driver 44-year-old veronica, a 71 year old bus aide and a 16-year-old student being brought out on stretchers. police say the bus collided with this white bmw just before 3 o'clock turning it on its side. >> the bmw's front end struck the left front bumper of the bus. the bus subsequent to impact flipped over to its right side. one of the vehicles crossed over the center lines to create the impact. but that's still under investigation. >> reporter: the bmw driver 26 year old justin thomas of morris county only suffered bus and bruises but molder says her daughter was still getting x-rayed late into the night. >> she tell me she was doing pretty good, she was doing good, you know, she was in pain. >> reporter: all three people aboard that school bus have since been released from the hospital. police are still working to determine who was at fault and if charges or a summons will be issued. in princeton, new jersey, i'm diana rocco for "eyewitness
