let's get back to our roz slater live at the scene of the pedestrian bridge accident we told you about in berwyn heights, maryland. roz, bring us up to date. roz: it is a pretty amazing sight. i'll get out of the way so you can take a look and see. that's what we're talking about right there. here's what we're told happened. they're building some new trusses and the contractor was moving some equipment down past down this track when for some reason, that crane they were transporting the boom portion of it was up and not retracted so that struck that portion of the pedestrian bridge which came tumbling down and crashing down on to part of the metro track part of the marc train track as we are just learning. fortunately, no one was injured in all of this. but as you can see the potential for injury is there. all of that of course now right at this -- at this portion of the time is having an impact on the rush hour traffic. a temporary inconvenience for marc passengers as well as for metro passengers. but we're told for now is that this will be probably several hours to come. impact mostl
