there's a slim chance this poor bird got intothe paint itself. fish and wildlife thinks someone did it on purpose...the thick paint seeping so deep into the birds' feathers, it can't fly. the ibis was found in palm beach county where it's now at a wildlife sanctuary. a and once all the new feathers come in, they'll release it.
