estimates generally an inch to inch and a half around dover and rising sun, about an inch up towards smyrnand in new jersey, vineland about an inch and a half, millville inch and a half. we had some stations reporting well over two inches so it was a lot of rain and you need time to dry out. this next area's coming right up in our direction and so we may be getting some more rain by this time tomorrow. in philadelphia, of course, a whole lot less, about a half inch of rain at the airport, little less than a half at graduate hospital, about a third of an inch in dora, about a third of inch in torresdale, port richmond, society hill, little less than a half inch. the temperatures now are in the 60s for the most part. 58 water temperature. the wind coming in off the ocean keeps the coast cool and that of course is going to be important for memorial day weekend, but that's about average for this time of the year. the ocean is not warmer or colder than it is on average. here we go through the night tonight. some more rain in atlantic city possibly, even through the evening, but cloudy skies else

steven floyd of the delaware department of corrections was killed on the job in a prison riot in smyrna delaware correctional center. he was a 16-year veteran of the department and left behind his wife sandra andies children and -- and his children and two grandsons. just last month corporal steven ballard was senselessly gunned down investigating a suspicious vehicle. corporal ballard had served with the delaware state police for eight and a half years and left behind his wife louise and daughter abigail. we recognize the entire law enforcement community from across our country during national police week and we should honor their sacrifice by serving them as well as they serve us. this week and every week we must do everything we can to honor our obligations to fallen heroes and their families. in the wake of these losses in delaware, i'm committed to continuing to work with my colleagues across the aisle and across the country, like senators klobuchar and blunt to make sure that our officers have the resources to do their jobs and to come home safely tend of every shift. that means c
