the right to work movement as hyper polarization which is what scott walker was about and governor snyder was about in michigan, to reinstate the right to work laws in those states. it is certainly not in my region of the country, what i say that there is a lot of incentive, and i think, to the detriment of the right to work movement having been very engaged politically. in those states, they were. a lot of it has to do with the alleged abuse that took lace of the public space with the union movement. there was a backlash. we talk about -- i agree with you, right to work is not necessarily short-term pressure. it was more of a long-term, sort of message and i think structural issue for the labor situation in those states. but it is where -- so, if you -- the budget we just passed, that we sign congress pass. the budget was a partisan budget, by and large. it was a republican budget that balanced, in 10 years. that is a very short although one would say we need balance and it is good for republicans to put out their model. you know that budget will not pass. but it was a concession to the
