so eamon, put it in perspective. how many companies have meetings at the white house? >> well, suhe, the short answer is all of them. any company of significant size has meetings with the white house. the white house has any number of ceo panels on a regular basis and reach out to small businesses but 230 meetings is a lot of meetings and it really giveles you the impression that google and its staffers have sort of become part of the furniture over at the white house. whether that has helped them in the ftc case is going to be a big question here. >> do we know eamon, what the content of many of these meetings were? were they there expressly the lobby in the matter of these investigations? >> well what the white house said is no and it would have been improper for them to talk about an ongoing ftc investigation with google at the white house. what i think we're likely to find out is that google is there on a regular basis on a whole host of different issues almost everything crosses google's threshold these days including intelligence matters, but also things like gir

. >> eamon javers in washington, thank you so much for that. >>> we are getting breaking news and wel gee to sue herera at hq. >> thank you very much. we want to show you these dramatic pictures, the basic story here is that a tanker truck has overturned, spilling bio fuel on interstate 95. they've closed the southbound lanes and pacically what this means is -- basically what this means in prince george county between baltimore and washington, d.c., where the spill occurred. it is creating complete havoc with traffic right now. they're going to have to clean it up. they will try to move the tanker at some point. as you can see it's flipped over, bio fuel leak. the southbound lanes are closed and probably the northbound lanes, there's going to be a lot of rubber necking, people trying to take a look and see what happened with that. but right now, it's a tanker truck, overturned as you can see, bio fuel spilling and they have closed the southbound lanes of interstate 95 just north of the beltway between baltimore and washington, d.c. so kayla, we're going to monitor that and bring you

so we will keep an update on that story. let's get an update from eamon washington with more on the hillary clinton e-mail scandal. >> yeah, hi, kayla. our first comments from secretary of state john kerry traveling in saudi arabia is now on his way to london while in saudi arabia, he took the opportunity to answer some questions about former secretary of state hillary clinton's e-mails. in those comments, which we just got in a few minutes ago, he said the state department has had access to, quote, a wide array of hillary clinton's e-mails, including what he calls the e-mails between her and the department officials with state.gov accounts and cables. secretary kerry also says that they are now in the process of reviewing all of those for public release. as we do he said for any document that comes in, he says, we will undertake this task as rapidly as possible to make sure they're dealing with the sheer volume of e-mails here and what he calls a responsible way. obviously guys, this goes to the heart of the question of exactly how many e-mails has hilla

eamon javers with breaking news latest on the saga regarding the department of homeland security. >> so issue. according to a source in the rooms, john boehner's saying that he's prepared to move what's called a clean dhs funding bill. a bill without conditions. this is the end, now, of a long back and forth battle over whether or not republicans would be able to strip out some of the president's spending measures for his immigration initiative. that outraged a lot of republicans who felt the president was acting beyond his authority, lawfully the president obviously argued the opposite way. they held up dhs funding bill in that fight. now, though however, speaker of the house john boehner saying he doesn't have enough support on the senate side of the capitol to get the job done. republicans wary of getting the political blame for shutting down funding for the department of homeland. so many threats coming from abroad and domestically. this would appear to be the end of the battle. john boehner saying he's going to move a clean dhs funding bill. >> we'll watch that with the netanyahu s

i mean, look there were so many crazy things going on there that you know i in good conscious could not stay. i'll give you an example just how big of a problem it is. >> eamone he is our cyber security expert. >> hey, it's eamon javerss here in washington. you have filed a whistle blower complaint here on this issue as a whistle blower. you stand to get a cut of any settlement that the government receives. do you have any sense of how big of a settlement you're predicting here and what your personal take on that would be? >> look quite frankly, i expect to get nothing. i'm already over $5,000 in the hole from legal fees in two years. you know? i'm not doing this for money. i'm doing this to help protect the american taxpayer and the e-mail yonz of people who are taken advantage of. want just by intuit but by the entire industry. you know, it's very odd. if you look at they are response, you know they say, well, if we crack down on fraud, it's just going to go somewhere else. well, to me that's a good thing. i mean, i can't think of any other business where losing fraud is considered a bad thing, so, yes, it might go to the competitors, but the competitors w
