so margaret, interesting. you are hearing folks saying college is worth it but they are worried that it's out of reach for a lot of people. how do you hear that? >> what that means to me is that we're in dire and desperate need for reform for the system. it feels, frankly navigating the financial aid process is an extraordinarily difficult process. i mean there's tons, there's like a 35 page formula you have to fill out about all of your needs and your parents. and the barrier to entry feels incredibly frustrating and it feels too big. >> how aggressively would you reimagine it. the presidential election, we've heard a variety of thoughts on what to do here. how aggressive would you be. >> for radical reformation and for massive simplification. i think you heard especially both on the right and the left. i'm not one of these people who think the government should pay for everybody who goes to college but it does need to be made more affordable. the government has been tipping the balances to making sure, frank

so-called "28 pages," parts of a congressional inquiry after september 11th that are said to detail possible saudi complicity in aiding the attacks. here to tell us more about both is chief foreign affairs correspondent margaret warner. so first let's talk about the bill, what's in it and what's the status of it. >> the bill, hari, would carve out a special exemption in what's called the foreign sovereign immunity act which every country has a similar act and observe, which is you don't sue foreign governments, with a few narrow exceptions. there was an exception made for terrorism but only if you were on the state sponsored terrorism list which saudi isn't. so the 9/11 victims families have been trying to push this, get this bill in a court. it was rejected by a federal judge in september saying, sorry, violates this act. so that's sort of what's new here. it passed unanimously a session ago in the senate but now it's run into a buzz saw of white house opposition. you have president obama telling charlie rose if we let this happen we'll have foreign citizens suing our government. all the senior members of the administration have come out against this. two weeks ago, senator lindsey graham, one of the 22 co-s

kennedy, so there is less personal attention. i think that margaretabout bernie sanders, he says, i am not ralph nader and i do not want to be him. what they care about is the bernie sanders brand and for it to continue and flourish, he needs to get concessions on things like the platform and secondly, he needs to be credited with energizing those democrats in the fall. john: one more second longer, i have been among those who have said, you know, you are forgetting how bitter 2008 was. the paradigm should apply here in the bernie sanders if he gets to the end, there are some accommodations reached, otherwise he endorses her wholeheartedly and helps nominate her, and they will all come together like they did in 2008. one hitch to me is not just on the platform, but the thing that causes me to revise my view, is the extent to which bernie sanders has gone, in terms of painting her as corrupt. and part of the oligarchy and trying to revolutionize. my question about that, even if he does all the right things, will it actually convince the voters that he
