i haven't gotten through all of the recent discushions at sochi. i understand that possibly there was some language there that might have been a little more open door in more -- to a more well-grounded conversation about nuclear weapons. i hope that to be the case and i'm going to search that out and try to get to that reading here in the next couple of days. it's unfortunate that we would have an overture possibly, a positive overture at sochi and then turn around and have one of our northern nato allies threaten this week that the introduction of u.s. brains and a rotational basis on their soil would make them a nuclear target. so i think there's some mismatch of dialogue possibly coming outover there. but the bottom line is for a military commander to be in a regime where one has to plan and one is plan and thinking about how to approach an issue with an opponent that says tactical nukes are an important part of any conventional conflict or could be, that's a tough problem to hoe and i think that's, again, the third thing that i think this new a
