we are at the church on the corner on solano avenue here in albany where the solano avenue association is putting on a costume contest. look at this tree right here, completely decked out. right behind the tree, look at this, i am getting hungry. a sushi platter. we showed this one to you earlier. if i can have a robot dance party come out here, look how creative this one is, complete with sound and music. they are all here as part of a costume contest. there will be four categories, three of which are by age group. the last category, which offers a grand prize of $100, goes to the family with the best group costume. the solano avenue association has been doing this for about 10 years, offering a fun way to celebrate the holiday. we have got pikachu here. i don't even know what this one is. i'm nervous. we've got birthday cake here as well but earlier, outside we saw hundreds of families decked out in their halloween best. they were stopping by homes and local businesses, filling up their bags with treats. here backout live at the church on the corner come you can see a lot of enthusia

the solano commute looks good, though. it's moving along very nicely. if you're driving out to the solano county commute to vacaville and fairfield, not a bad commute at all. as a matter of fact, it looks pretty good as you drive into the area. there have been no major issues getting out to the vallejo area. sometimes we get slow traffic at that split but for the most part right now, it looks very nice with no major issues. also looking at the 880 commute now, you can see traffic is moving along very nicely on 880 and in the eastbay in general. maybe a little wet from the overnight rain. here at the bay bridge, it's not bad, either. seems to be -- there's always someone who's stopped or doing something weird here at the toll plaza but for the most part, it's a light commute. at 4:31, let's go back to the desk. >>> police in two bay area cities need your help to find missing people. police in santa clara are looking for this 24-year-old man last seen getting on a light rail vehicle yesterday afternoon after the 49ers game. christopher boysburg speaks ver
