it's still dry in napa and solano counties but we will start to see rain moving in over the next 230-0 minutes. we'll be under a microclimate weather alert for the north bay, where we see the rain falling. the longest amount of time we will add up on more of the rainfall totals so we're looking at over a half inch of rain in some areas. overall it looks like a fairly light amount of rain, even though we see it coming off and on throughout the day, as we go in to the 2:00 hour, still some heavy rain at times in the north bay, while it's lighter in san francisco and areas to the south. so off and on rain expected throughout today and a few spotty light showers tomorrow morning. overall, the trend will be for to us dry out and we will see in some spots some higher rainfall totals, and some more sierra snow. this is the snow we're expecting for the weekend, about four to six inches, mostly above 6,000 feet. look at what happens next week, as a new storm comes in. we could be looking at some more very significant snow, and some significant bay area rain. so we are going to see more active
