to check in with mike inouye right now because he's tracking a big change that commuters up in solano countyl see. that's absolutely right. i typically talk about the change where things are slower or tougher with pretty standard bill for this map throughout contra costa county. it is to the north. laurel, as you just talked about, coming through vacaville, basically around lagoon valley road. there's folks in the area may know that there's a project going on to add a lane. they've now given access to that lane. you're going to use it as a hov or carpool lane during the commute hours, morning and evening. and that's until later on this year when they'll actually open it up as an official express lane. they'll charge tolls, but right now it functions as the hov lane with the similar timing and restrictions through that area, but it should ease some traffic during those rush hours in the city. we may have a little more traffic because they chase center will have a warriors game, so keep that in mind. typical. the extension off of 280 to mariposa and a third. that will be a typical route. getti
