some rain, some snow, it's all in there. but take a look at this. this is a spectacular shot down the potomac to national harbor a little earlier this evening. the sun going down on a fantastic afternoon. it was really gorgeous today with a high temperature that reached 50 degrees. that is a beautiful shot there. low this morning was 24, and it felt like 33 degrees warmer this afternoon than it did yesterday afternoon. i'm talking about the wind chill, of course. we saw wind chill of about 17 when we saw a high temperature today of 50 degrees. that is a lot warmer when you make your way out across the area this afternoon. we did see plenty of sunshine earlier. now we're seeing a cloud cover move on in here with dew points now at 26 degrees. a 40-degree temperature. that's a very dry atmosphere. only 58% relative humidity. we have some moisture trying to make its way in here but can't do it with all of this dry air. winchester 30. culpepper area 30, and 34 in la plat a. temperatures were still warmer than they were all day today in some spots. rain a
