in sonoma county j.r. stone kron 4 news.w-- police are speaking about the murder case of a 13-year old girl. found strangled in a fairfield park. tonight, kron4 is hearing from the victim's family. kron4's charles clifford is live in fairfield with their statement. it has been almost a week gate since jan l. conway was found murdered in l.a. park. a press conference was held today. they did not release many new evidence. including no new suspects. speaking to the press. the fairfield police martin declined to say whether they had identified a suspect in the murder. chief of police said he wanted to be very careful. first off we want to be very cautious and information that we release. it is all about being timely and we're looking for the suspect in this case and we are also trying to be able to have a successful prosecution. well police analyze the video where urgent now was last seen. her body was found the following morning after the picture. >> we are asking anyone that could have seen jindal to contact the police depart

news, kron 4 has update add photograph of a man who police say is connected to a triple murder in sonoma county police arrested this man in mobile alabama on february 14th. kron 4's dan has more on the investigation that led up to his arrest. >> reporter: an arrest has been made in sonoma counties so called drug deal gone bad. investigators say three people were at this rural home on february 5th waiting to buy marijuana when they were gunned down. their bodies discovered in a bed room later in the day. now sheriff's officials say 46- year-old mark capello was taken into custody on valentine's day in mobile alabama. the arrest was made after investigators conducted interviews and collected evidence both here in the bay area and in his home state of colorado. but they will not say why they think he's responsible for the triple murder. among the dead, 26-year-old rally butler originally from petaluma but more recently living near trucky. it was his mother that rented the house where the bodies were found but she was out of town at the time of the killing. authorities won't say whether they

new information tonight about a triple homicide at a home in sonoma county. investigators at the crime scene tell us they expect to be processing evidence all night long. happening now, ktvu's ken wayne is live along ross station road in forestville where he's learned the three male victims were found together in a back bedroom of that house. ken-- >> reporter: julie, homicides in this part of the area are rare, homicides are unheard of. the chief tells us he has not heard of one since the 1980s. investigators have been going in and out of the area. three men were shot and killed here but he is not releasing many details. he does say people associated with the victims are cooperating with authorities. and that hopefully will lead to the identity of the person or persons responsible for this crime. investigators say this was not a murder suicide but they would not say much more about the crime scene. >> there did not appear to be a struggle and they died of gunshot wounds. >> kind of an execution style. >> i'm not going to discuss. >> reporter: is it a murder
