this is a flood warning for east central sonoma county. sonoma creek continues to flood.s a look at the radar. while the heaviest of the rain is over for the north bay for now, we're still getting plenty of are runoff. the heaviest of the rain right now is moving away from union city, hitting the sunol grade, 680, 84 as you try to get from pleasanton and livermore down towards milpitas or the other way, watch out. it's getting very dangerous there with a lot of standing water from that moderate to heavy shower. >>> going to talk about a serious crash now too, mike. this one is in the daly city area. we just got a sig alert issued for this rollover crash. northbound 280 at sate route 1. vehicle landed on its roof. sounds like a rescue operation is underway here. currently all lanes are blocked. we don't have an estimate on when that will reopen and i'm not sure if they're letting vehicles by on the shoulder or if they are totally stopped there. in the meantime, you can use el camino real, state route 1, but if you are in that backup, you are approaching at 8 miles per hour
