the sonoma county da's office told the paper it commended pga for the work.o continued cooperation in santa cruz. sea otter that has attracted attention for jumping on surfboard is now a tourist attraction. people are going to the santa cruz coast to see if they can catch a glimpse of the otter who is officially known as eight for one. but that's created a new problem. kayakers have become curious and are starting to float into the 6000 foot marine sanctuary where that otter is. and some of them have even paddled through groups of other otters, which experts say can have drastic consequences. if you harass a sea otter or cause a change of behavior in that sea otter, it will expend energy and it doesn't have that many extra calories to expend. and it's their habitat. we should provide a respectful space. federal officials say despite otter eight for one's ability to stay out of reach, they'll continue to try and catch her and they'll also be working to keep other people away from all the marine life in that sanctuary. today is the first day the 49 ers will pra
