(spencer blake)in vallejo, a solano in middle school student's mother says an incident went beyond bullying and became assault. and she shared this video with kron 4, which was uploaded and has been passed around and seen by many students at the school. a teacher tells me the attacker in the video was already suspended for multiple days of school. but now the mother of the victim is filing a complaint with the school district hoping to see if more can be done. in vallejo, spencer blake, transformers the chief coroner for marin county in custody - facing charges he molested a young girl over a long period of time. this case dates back to 2008. that is when prosecutors alleged - darrel alan harris - shown here started sexually assaulting a girl - then later when she was older. harris was arrested recently in eureka.. and brought back to town. he is now in jail facing 750 thosuand dollar bail. he did not enter a plea monday - but will be back in court next week. hi

this shocked the community of jenner it was traumatic for them and for sonoma county. both victims were camp counselors - in california for a christian youth camp... sighting-seeing... when their bodies were discovered on a secluded beach in jenner. back then gallon was considered suspicious but there wasn't enough to connect him to the murders. gallon was arrested earlier this year for allegedly killing his brother with a rifle. investigators say that's when gallon implicated himself in the 2004 cold case. pam, steve, back to you. (steve) bart police arrested three teen girls in connection with an assault in february. the victim reached out to me through social media last week and shared her story with kron4's maureen kelly.. tess pawlisch says she was just sitting on a bart train when she was attacked. she was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome after being hit in the head several times. this happened at the west oakland station. now police say they have arrested three of the teens involved. and that a fourth teenager is expected to be arrested soon. (pam) we are learning more about a police shooting in sonoma county. happened overnight in cotati. investigators say, it all started when several fights broke out -- as bars in downtown were closing. cotati police requested backup from sonoma state university campus police... at one point -- there was a report of a man fighting with a woman -- and when bystanders tried to intervene -- the man pulled a gun. the suspect took off by the time police arrived -- but officers did hear gunshots in the distance. a few hours later, a sonoma state campus police officer found a suspect fitting the description. according to investigators, the man was acting aggressively, and when tasing him did not have an effect, the officer fired his weapon. no word on the suspect's condition tonight. . >>> a big budget problem looming in sonoma county, proposed cuts that range from 3 to 6%.sheriffs department today said those cuts could have a huge impact on investigations. abc7 news reporter wayne freedman is live with the details. wayne? >> reporter: well, budget cuts always have a sense of being political, especially when we're talking about city government or county government. that's the case in sonoma county where the board of supervisors is asking every department for a cut of between 3 and 6% as you said. that includes the sheriffs department, and this is where things get interesting. it began with an item on the board of supervisors agenda which they didn't expect or maybe did expect a possible budget cuts of $6.5 million by reducing supervisors and some substations, cutting back on graffiti removal, perhaps also cutting back on detective investigations or dispatch. there are some 19 cuts in all at least proposed. the department does not want to cut service, but the president of the police union is worried about that as well. >> we're at bare minimums now. any t
