sonoma county sheriff's office says that deputies searched the home of 41 year old carl kuhne back onhursday. during the search, they found a number of illegal items, including a ghost gun pipe for stolen cars and 22 stolen bikes. they say they also found 24 rifles and shotguns was arrested but released later in the day after posting a $30,000 bail. santa clara county is reporting its first deadly overdose linked to the animal tranquilizer zilla zine. health officials say the death of a man in san jose is connected to the animal tranquilizer as well as fentanyl. ktvu south bay reporter lamonica peters says the story. zyla zain, also known as trank is being added to fentanyl and having deadly consequences. the santa clara county medical examiner says a 36 year old man overdosed and died in san jose, after tranq and fentanyl were found in his system back in february. now public health officials want people to be more aware of what else could be in the drugs they take can make people very drowsy. the other thing that i can do is they can cause these very severe skin wounds. so you want t

the sonoma county board of supervisors is meeting to discuss the jack in the creation basically of business licenses to standardize the operating requirements and limit the number of vacation homes in certain areas. supporters say the project will protect residents from unwanted noise to prevent too many rentals in popular areas. the changes would also limit rental occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests and set stricter parking requirements. the homes would also have to undergo inspections. also happening today, people who commute through the north bay may have to pay a new toll. state officials will be holding a hearing to discuss the proposal impacting highway 37. that toll would go into effect for people traveling between sears point and mare island in sonoma solano counties. supporters say it would help raise money for what officials are calling a much needed project. as we know, highway 37 often floods and rising sea levels could completely submerge that stretch of highway in the next 20 years. so one plan is to create a raised pathway, basically elevate the level of the highway, but that
