and as sophie said to me, i want to improve the health of the black community in san francisco.an we give her some support for that? we must all pay attention to those aqu -- quadrants. if you want your body to be healthy, it is important you remember this one rule, if you don't remember anything else i say. as above, so below. the great controls the lesser. that is called the hermetic axiom. what matters is you remember we work from the top down. so if i work from spirit and mind, that controls my emotions and my body. i warned you already, i'm a scientist, right? do you know there is hard evidence that you can reverse illness in the body, you can make your body healthier by having healthier thoughts. good or good? right now, suppose you turned to your neighbor and said every cell in your body is getting healthier right now. tell them that. now do this. every little cell is getting healthier right now. if there's any part of your body giving you a challenge, any part giving you a challenge, that doesn't feel good, touch that part and say "every little cell in my body is getting

i'm sophie hayward. i'm from the planning department. i'm working under the guidance of john ram as well as david alenbach. i wanted to summarize the planning department's coordination with the department thus far in the development of design standards and guidelines for building designs, the treatment of the public relevant many, and land uses for the project. and the planning department formed an internal review team that includes representatives of the city-wide policy development group as well as the implementation of permanent review teams to review the draft standards and guidelines prepared by the project architect. draft copies were submitted to us in june this year. after reviewing the design standards, planning responded just last week to the project sponsor with fairly extensive comments and will continue to work with the partner team to refine the design standard in order to come up with a final document that aligns with the policy goals and also can be used when individual building permit applications are submitted by the im

i want to thank sophie and say that she has been steadfast for over a decade in getting us to this point. >> i mentioned it late at night but i will mention it more briefly right now. when i was first elected here, i was elected to talk about affordable housing. i was reelected to talk about affordable housing and i spent probably half of my time here talking about affordable housing. in terms of unfinished business, real resources dedicated for affordable housing, this is something that the board, the mayor, and the city, needs to tackle. i think that the state of affairs and the needs that are out there, michael cohen getting up and saying 1400 units of 10,005 wondered, that is great. -- out of 1800. that shows you how much work we need to do on the issue of affordable housing. despite my battles with the lennar corp. through the mail and through politically and what not, this that and the other, both here, charlie walker, stiffing my constituents who are homeless. my first motion tonight passed on affordability. even with my concerns about environmental issues and what not. the afford
