we'll start to see scattered rain here before noon and for the peninsula as well as the sou south bayit will have a bigger impact on your evening community rather than the morning commute. later on this evening, the rain, still heavy at times as the winds pick up, and we'll see it coming in waves even into early tomorrow morning. tomorrow afternoon the system will have moved on. during that time we're looking at pretty decent rainfall totals here. we have the possibility of getting anywhere from a quarter to a half, maybe more for parts of the north bay as we'll see the system moving in. as far as the winds, our winds will pick up from the south mostly from 2:00 this afternoon our winds will be higher for the coast and parts of the south bay. it will start to peak later on this evening. we may see some of those wind gusts from 30 to possibly 40 miles per hour. then after we check out the sierra, looking beautiful this morning. our temperatures there is in the upper 20s. it's already cold enough to snow. this will bring in light snowfall totals, not looking at a heavy dumping of it. we
