forest sounders is watching for the evacuation zones he joins us live. forest, what are you seeing at this early hour today? >>reporter: let me give you a look-see of what we're talking about. we're on the edge of the evacuation zone to the southeast of the czech village. this is what it looks like. there's nothing more to it than this. and just empty streets back there. we haves seep a number of police officers in the area and what i can tell you is assist with the national guard in setting up 75 checkpoints in cedar rapids in this evacuation. that's going to happen later today. we are hearing that the national guard is going to send up about 400 troops here to assist local pd and authorities and in patrolling and protectingh this area because during those curfew hours erik lot of people have been concerned about their property. the national guard is going to be on hand to supplement the police force in protec they're not going to be armed. they will be there to help. we have had no reports of any looting. we checked with authorities earlier today and t
