this happened last week at a home in the 22nd street in arlington just a few blocks south of pentagon city. chris gordon is there with details on how the surprise house guest got inside, chris. >> reporter: well, he broke in through a sliding glass door that was open. just imagine how scarey this would be if it happened at your home, someone breaking camping in the attic. well, that's exactly what happened to the two women who leaves part of this house on 22nd street in arlington. -- who leased part of this house on 22nd street in arlington. i spoke to one of the woman just an hour ago. the tenant who lives here was surprised hearing noises right above her head in the over night darkness friday morning. she doesn't want to be identified but told us what happened. >> i heard footsteps above me and i checked in with my landlord because sometimes people -- he's used the storage above in the past. >> the tenant called her landlord, who alerted arlington county police. they searched the attic and located a homeless man, 60-year-old anthony jones. he's being charged with unlawful entry. >>
