"today in the bay's" christie smith is live with the challenge facing the d.a. at this point. good morning, christie. >> reporter: that's right. in just a few hours, antolin garcia-torres will make his first court appearance. what's going to happen is he'll hear the formal charges read against him. and prosecutors say they believe there's definitely enough evidence to send him to prison. the 21-year-old is being held without bail after his arrest late monday. the santa clara county sheriff detectives had gathered direct and circumstantial evidence showing he killed 15-year-old sierra lamar on march 16th. the d.a. says details of the exact charges will become clearer today as more facts are laid out in court. now, we also spoke with one legal analyst who says this case may be tough to prove without a body. first, here's what's expected. >> going to file the charges tomorrow
