we are seeing very poor air quality on the peninsula, the south bay in the east bay.so the last thing you want to see when it's hot, i know you wanted to get outside get that morning run out of the way definitely not the best morning for that u c berkeley sitting at 80 degrees right now oakland and alameda at 74 san francisco at 82 currently cloverdale also in the 80's a couple of spots like santa rosa, you're lucky down at 66 and enjoy that moment because a lot of us are not getting it. a lot of us really stayed warm overnight. now high pressure is in place going to keep a high as it forces hot dry air from our inland valleys out towards the coast. what this also does is fires like the creek fire burning up in fresno mayor oppose him and our counties putting up a lot of smoke that dust settles into the central valley and then gets pushed right out to the bay one of the reasons why even though our fires are coming down in the bay we're still seeing so much smoke, 70's and 80's for your highs and san francisco, sure beats that 100 yesterday while 70's and 80's as well
