tour of. 1956 when i came out here to farms i was 5 years old when i came here in 149 from the south bronx my father foresaw the future in that area. and we did he had a very outstanding career with the police department they took him out of the south bronx for the benefit of the community now when i 1st became a policeman i was in a riot squad and a riot or any type of demonstration it was in the city i went to it mostly irish cops on the job then and they were nasty in there tell you to move and you move you've got to stick i mean there was and you didn't you didn't disobey protest when you want. your right to protest but you see guys. putting holes in the ocean is showing can put out fires and that's just a business it is but to people. you have a right to protest but you don't have a right to do that. are you sick and tired of looking hop or yes when nothing you haven't got out of way you out to achieve financial freedom it's pretty easy to do if you just. it's so easy to make money then stay and then claim to be a medium that by age 25. first feel i'm going to do many more like this f

i began as a classicist and worked out of a studio in the south bronx until joe sent me a polite email, asking me to partner up with them. i did. i was doing figures that were very static and esoteric. i was casting a bronze beats mortality. i learned my craft and my art in italy. i am half italian. my father is american. my education came from a man who came out of germany. that element about the structure of the figure and how the figure is developed, as an architectural system, using organic forms is how i perceived reality. imagine a large part of how i see reality. this is how i think. the way i saw a single figure was way i was eventually able to compose a composition 38 figures. it was not the first one. it was around the 18th one. never quite a lot of meetings that i drove back to new york to start from scratch. these are anatomical drawings that you can see, i am thinking well below the surface of the human body. there are a couple things that really informed my work. first and foremost, what are we depicting? human beings. we are depicting the human experience. we are showing
