to give you a look at video from yesterday to give you an idea of the entire city, what we're dealing with. we were in southladelphia where they also value a lot of of those small streets that are tough to get to. city streets department said that they were not doing trash pickups or -- trash pickups yesterday and said they were using the trash trucks as plow trucks. 450 vehicles they were deploying across the city to get all of that plowing done o the city also has little bobcats that they use for some of those smaller streets. people were also having to shovel out. now, in the center city -- also here in manayunk, a lot of main streets that were plowed, you're growing to see that extra snow pushed up on the sidewalk. that itself is also hard to maneuver if you are a pedestrian. also because there's that ice that came down over the snow as well. we talked to one guy that was cleaning out his car and he's telling us how it's tricky. >> it was sleeting a lot of day, so it's pretty much glued all of the snow to the ground and now it's particularly hard to get up. >> reporter: and you can hear it right here. i
