winter weather advisory posted for much of the state with the exception of the south coast. it starts off as snow on the front end of this, between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. for most of us. it changes over to a wintry mix. this is still a concern for us. 6:00 a.m. into the morning commute. sleet and freezing rain means ice on the roads, especially on bridges and overpasses. and that can cause for very dangerous travel. so please allow for extra time tomorrow morning. by 1:00 p.m., though, i think those temperatures have warmed up enough that most of us have changed over to rain. so even our snow totals, they're a little tricky because, while we may get an inch, it will then get compacted by some rainfall. so running through that time line one more time to, start off, 1:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. snow for most of us. even into the city, but then changing over to that wintry mix very quickly. 6 to 10:00 a.m. then all terrain by 1:00 p.m. we're in for a wet commute as we head into the evening, but it shouldn't be an icy one. take a look at the temperature profile. you can tell why w
