health officials have confirmed the first case of the zika virus in south dakota. but they say there's no cause for concern. the state department of health says a south dakota woman who traveled to the caribbean contracted the virus. a state official says it shouldn't spread, because the type of mosquito that carries the zika virus is not in the state. an infectious disease reason for people to worry about catching it. " --sot-- "even if we have people in the state who have the zika virus, they are not able to transfer the virus to other people. " the state says the west nile virus is a much bigger concern for the state, with 53 people there contracting it so far this year. two people in iowa were infected with the west nile virus this summer. authorities in jo daviess county are asking for help to find someone who broke into trailers, stealing construction tools. our it happened last weekend. the sheriff's department says the thief cut the locks off the trailers. the trailers were at job sites on medical center drive and norris lane in galena and on u.s. route 20
