that helps the ranchers in south dakota. the conservation title is something we need to continue to come up with new ideas, working land program that will provide incentives for farmers to what land in use conservation practices. it is very hard for farmers to get started with land prices being what they are today. we are in a downturn. we will get this thing turned around. it may not be tomorrow what most people think we will see better times. we have to expand markets. making sure we are in the middle in negotiating good trade deals and making sure they get in court -- are important as well. this is a place where senator thurn and i agree. the farm bill is vitally important for the family farmers. family farms are the most productive ever. i grew up in a family farm. i saw the kind of production they can do. canyears of crop failure put you out of business. that is what the farm bill is therefore. disaster relief for livestock producers who lose livestock in a blizzard like we had in 2013 one the government was shut down.
