president gathered here at the fbi's office in phoenix, arizona, to protest the search of trump's south florida home. the search warrant for revealed that he is being investigated to the espionage act and tied to the classified material. according to the fbi, 11 sets of classified records were seized from trump's home. including some marked as top secret. meant only to be available in special government facilities. two other laws were also cited as a basis for the warrant pertaining to removing destroying or concealing weapons as well as obstruction of justice. according to the search warrant from mar-a-lago, agents searched all office and rooms and anywhere where documents could be stored. the former president is offering a new line of defense for taking this top secret information, to be taking these documents to his home and a statement everyone takes work home sometimes. president trump, in order to prepare for work the next day, often took documents including classified documents, from the oval office to the residence. he had a standing order that documents removed from the oval office and

a judge is expected to hear the extraordinary dispute play out in south florida this afternoon. it's going to be a high stakes argument over what level of transparency the american public is owed when it comes to the justice department's investigation of sensitive documents that were stored at the former president's home. the doj does not want the affidavit released, claiming it could compromise their investigation. >>> cnn has learned that some trump allies are urging him to publicly release surveillance footage of fbi agents searching mar-a-lago. eric trump says his father will absolutely release the tapes at what he calls the right time. now, remember, this is the video of the search itself from the trump's own security cameras. this is not the surveillance video that had been subpoenaed by investigators and reportedly showed activity around the boxes that contained classified documents, activity so alarming to law enforcement that they pushed for the search warrant. >> katelyn polantz is live outside of the courthouse in west palm beach. what should we be expecting here? >>

and in south florida another man got sick and died after eating raw oysters in july at the rustic innse in fort lauderdale. the manager saying on that day as many as 100 dozen oysters were served. health officials say raw oysters can contain dibreo bacteria, found in warm seawater, especially during the summer months, which causes viberosis. the cdc says each year 80,000 people get vibrosis and about 100 die from the infection. symptoms include diarrhea and vomiting. but it can cause more severe problems. this year in florida alone 26 people have become infected. six people have died. >> vibrio can be fatal and people die from vibrio in the u.s. both from eating raw oysters if their immune system is compromised or even from getting cuts being in water that has vibrio in it. >> reporter: the cdc points out that an oyster that contains this dangerous bacteria doesn't look, smell, or even taste any different from any other oyster. the only way to kill possible bacteria is to fully cook oysters. mona, rhiannon? >> all right, christine, thank you. >>> sales of existing homes took yet anoth
