mostly seeing some of the heaviest amounts in sussex county, millsboro, this stretches up into south jerseyhrough the philadelphia area and points north and west. so for tonight, the overnight hours, the heaviest snow is going to stay to our south, but we'll keep seeing a pretty steady snowfall overnight, fairly light, though. here is a look at future weather. overnight some of this breaks up for the morning commute. i think we'll have light snow showers lingering by 6:00 a.m., especially in new jersey and delaware. by 8:00, 9:00, we could still see a band of snow lingering in south jersey and delaware but the temperatures will be marginal. then we go into friday afternoon and we really start to see a lot of this clear out. as far as the snowfall is concerned, marginal temperatures, most of the snow will be melting on roadways for the morning commute. we could still see slippery spots and the thing to watch really will be low visibility. so we'll be checking on any school delays for the area, too. now, in general, we're going to see about 1 to 2 inches across some of the heavier amounts, bu

a violent hit and run crash in a south jersey roadway left a man dead. driver took off right after the victim's body landed in a burger king parking lot. "action news" reporter katherine scott is tracking the search for the driver live at that scene in pennsauken camden county. katherine. >> reporter: matt police have not identified the victim. we don't have a description of the vehicle but we do know that the police did recover the front bumper that fell off that striking vehicle here at the crash site last night. this happened around 11:30 last night and you can see the southbound lanes of route 130 by browning in pen salk can ken are opened. they will be closed for the police investigation. police say the man was crossing route 130 a little south of browning road. he had made it out to the median when he was struck by a vehicle traveling south. the impact of the crash threw the man across the southbound lanes. he landed in a parking lot near a burger king and died. police were on the scene for hours searching for evidence. they're checking nearby surv
