we're live in south philadelphia.give you a little bit of good news here on 95 northbound side past the walt whitman bridge. we had that jackknifed tractor-trailer early this morning. all that's left now are a couple of flares that you can pretty easily dodge so all lanes reopened on 95 as you head northbound up towards penn's landing and the vine street expressway. hey, speaking of which if you're wondering how is that vine looking, it is not fine this morning. as we look live in center city here by eighth street, taillights are headed eastbound towards 95 and everybody is kind of just slowly creeping along. that's what you have to do but you still need to maintain enough momentum to make it up hills and such. you can't go so slowly you'll not going to be able to make it up the hills. you'll end up spinning or something like that. you have to balance the speeds as you head out this morning. no accidents or anything on the vine but it is a very slippery treacherous situation as is the case on all of the highways and t
