south ande. by 8:00 o'clock tuesday morning i stopped it here because we have got that snow line in philadelphia, just to the south, we have got some mixed precipitation taking over areas in south jersey and delaware but it stays all snow a heavy wet snow to the north and west. we will get that transition, from mixed precipitation back over to snow, at 3:30 on tuesday afternoon, and then eventually this storm system will pull away into tuesday evening. as far as the snow, we are expecting, one to 2 inches down in cape may because we will have limited snowfall with that mixed precipitation moving on through, two to four for atlantic, cumberland counties and areas to the south of dover, four to 8 inches for interior south jersey, along i-95 metro area and philadelphia, 20812 inches of snow, with lancaster reading, allentown up to the poconos could find 12 to 16 inches of snow. as i mention sod spots getting a little higher then that. what to watch, the location of the rain/snow line is going to be key. if the storm moves furthere, you can tap into more snow with less mixing if. if it cuts up west w

temperatures in the 30s to the south and east of philadelphia. 40 down through wildwood where we'll seeratures in south jersey borderline some wet heavy snow colder than north and west. lighter fluffier snow falling heavily by 7am. that rain/snow line moves into philadelphia mixing with sleet, where you see the yellow and oranges through south jersey and delaware talking about heavy rain. cold air comes back in changes everything over to snow and then it moves out late afternoon by the evening we're digging out. between 8m and 12:00 p.m. the noon hour to the north and west of the city where we have that blizzard warning talking about snow rates of two to 4-inches an hour. inland gusts to 45 miles an hour. have it visibility less than quarter mile. and hazardous travel please be careful out there. the jackpot or the red zone heaviest snow the lehigh valley and the poconos 16 to 22-inches. in our area where we have the blizzard warning 12 to 16. philadelphia right on to line between eight and 12 and 12 to 16 it's going depend how much mixing we see through the philadelphia area. right now

peop eas like south philadelphia where they also have a a lot of tiny streets, some weren't plowed asf yet yesterday. they were also working on shoveling out their vehicles as well. but we're told overall that a number of streets were shoveled, were plowed. there's still a lot, though, of the smaller ones that they still have to go. also for the snow that was moved off the streets, a lot of of it is now moved onto those sidewalks especially in center city so pedestrians are ough tteyarve to maneuver walking through. well, back out here live, we can tell you that there are a you can in of ordinances, too, that people have to keep in check with. one of them is if you have a sidewalk that needs to be cleared six hours after the storm it has to be cleared. otherwise, you get a $50 fine. and if you're on one of those streets that still needs to be plowed, if it hasn't been cleared yet, you can call 311, haothursday which means they wil be back out here again, so if you'one of those streets that hasn't been plowed yet, today could be the day. for now we're live in manayunk, annie mccormick
