there are row houses in south philly. our affiliate kyw is reporting that there were injuries there. it happened on the 400 block in south philadelphia. these moments are just from moments ago. we don't know how many injuries but we know philadelphia fire has been rushing to the scene there to get a sense of the situation. you can see up on the roof there nearby they are trying to peer in and get a first look there. sensitivities obviously very, very high. it was the beginning of june where there was another building collapse. a building collapsed on to a thrift store killing six people. that just happening not even two months ago and now this apparent collapse among some row houses in south philadelphia. again, the exact area is the 400 block of daily street. here are some aerial pictures provided by our affiliate kyw and they say that firefighters have been distachpatched to the

we've been to the communities in south philly high school where we saw in one day alone 15 asian students who had to be taken to the emergency room as a result of a persistent pattern of harassment. they didn't speak the king's english. my father spoke ricky ricardo english as well and he would have been a victim of bullying under that circumstance. so we worked with the school district. we don't focus on the criminal prosecution of the specific bully. that's an important element and we work with our partners in local government on that, but our focus has been on the system's issues, of working with the school superintendents, working with the school districts to create a culture of inclusion, to create a culture where people can be accepted for who they are. we've seen bullying in the context of kids with disabilities, kids who couldn't get off the bus because they were getting beaten up on the bus. the bullying of kids who are lgbq, that's probably our biggest growth area. these are kids who are being bullied because they are different. and in suburban minneapolis we saw quite literally
