police in south san francisco looking for suspects involved in a drive by shooting that happened just a block from where six people were shot last month. police say three people were inside of a light blue bmw that pulled up outside of a home this afternoon. they fired five rounds from a car and two people were inside of the home. neither were hit. the motive is under investigation. >> and san francisco prosecutors have decided not to retry a man who served 18 years of a life sentence. last month a judge overturned the conviction saying the prosecution and police failed to tell the defense their star witness was being paid in a witness protection program. prosecutor as announced the decision in court today and connelly now 40 listened. also, at the hearing were family member who's thanked his lawyer outside of the courtroom. one attorney said it was a great day for connelly and
