san jose hit-and-run. police say they have arrested christopher ochikuya. the crash happened last weekend in south san jose. sun nguyen was riding his bike when he was hit by a car. he later died at the hospital. >>> police are hoping new surveillance video can help them track down whomever beat a san francisco man to death. police are calling the man in the video a person of interest for the killing of brian higgins. higgins was found brutally beaten in the castro nearly two weeks ago. this taxi dash cam video shows a man chasing higgins the morning that he was found unconscious in the devos triangle neighborhood. higgins was taken off life-support last week. he was a member of the radical ferries, a movement of gay men searching for a spiritual dimension to their sexuality. investigators say they do not know whether this was a hate crime. >>> the names of the officers involved in the pepper spray incident at uc davis back in 2011 are now public. the california supreme court upheld the lower court's ruling that the public has a right to know the names of all police officers involved. you'll remem

we are live at the scene of the shooting on blossom hill road in south san jose. she talked to the eye witness who took the weapon. >> reporter: she came out in that corner house, carrying something in her hands and a neighbor caught all of it in her cell phone camera. >> you can see the 19-year-old woman coming out of her hom and you can hear the police telling her to drop her weapon. >> after 10:30 this morning after getting a call that she's going to kill her weapon with the uzi asult weapon. officers thought it was a weapon and pointed several times directly at them. you can hear the officer say "stop right there". that's when the officer okuma hn in the force for 13 years fired the shot. the officers were feared for her safety and the safety of the public. >> we had a call and a serious situation and dangerous situation for our officers. >> police leaders determine that weapon. the witness took the video works in construction. you can hear her relaying what she saw. >> she was pointing the gun at the cops or whatever she had. it looked like a drill. >> he did
