the nicu of lehigh valley hospital recovering from a frantic early birth on the side of a south whitehall townshipday morning. hours after record snowfall. >> is the baby coming and i looked here's here. i open the car door. the baby was right here on her belly. >> friend april said the roads so snow covered she couldn't get mom to the hospital in time. even dad got stuck trying to meet them. >> giving birth to your own son is not calming at all especially on the side of highway in car. roar report in allentown -- >> the plow trucks been just doing main roads. that's it. >> reporter: major roadways clear but frustration growing as residents on smaller and side streets continue to dig out well into the night. >> they haven't really done their job because they've been getting stuck or they just can't do it. >> i'm on my own. we dug ourselves out the street so i can get to work tomorrow morning. >> reporter: tonight the steve allentown tells us they are working hard to clear out all of their residential roadways from this storm. they say they are simply asking for patience as their crews continue to
