it happened on the southbound lanes of the turnpike in oldmen township. the 75-year-old victim is in bad shape. new jersey police are trying to figure out how a 50-pound dumb bell came crashing through the windshield of this gmc this morning. it was a 50-pound dumb bell. right now the driver is badly hurt in critical condition at the crozer-chester medical center. the good news the state police say the driver, a 75-year-old man was conscious and speaking before being airlifted. chopper 6 hd you can see the shape of the hole made in the suv windshield matches that of a dumb bell. the accident happened in the southbound lanes at 7:30 near mile mark 6. the driver ran off the road and suffered serious injuries. we did speak with state police over the phone, they tell us they have not ruled out the possibility someone may have thrown the dumb bell over one of the overpasses nearby. you can see from chopper 6 hd there are two close to the scene. >>> again, another live look out here, state police say they are investigating the possibility that somebody may have
