yesterday we were dealing with snowfall in texas through the southeast and up to the midatlantic as well. we'll go in tighter with storm tracker6 and what we are awaiting is an area of low pressure that's going to form just off the coast of the midatlantic region and will ride on the northern fringe of that colder air that we'll see mostly still across most locations as we get into the day saturday. so, winter storm warning has just been issued. we had a watch initially for south jersey that has been upgraded to a winter storm warning for in region also for dover delaware a winter weather advisory for the i-95 corridor and the immediate suburbs to the north and west. i want to focus your attention on the extreme coastal sections of south jersey, the purple shading, that's also a winter weather advisory so we do anticipate some mixing to take place right along the immediate coast. as far as the expected precip type, all snow for philadelphia, the i-95 corridor, the heart of our region but snow and rain mixing from atlantic city down into wildwood. so, we'll talk about what we can expect.

jonathan: new develop in the a story we followed in southeast d.c. police say an employee at a school for children with the disabilities shot video of a student undressing and shared it on social media. we have more. >> this is a prime example of oversharing on social media. the aide is 23-year-old krisha garris. she was arrested and charged with voyeurism. this happened on december 1. while the student was in the bathroom having her tube and diaper changed. the tube delivers nutrients to her stomach. she communicates nonverbally. the student's age is not relief but we know she has cognitive level of an -month-old. the school says the employee was terminated immediately. >> just take a look at some of the details. in an interview with the police the aide telling them she had a stressful day and was looking forward to started the weekend. he is recorded the video to document her stressful day and captured the video, "want to go home." she has been terminated and she has only been there for a little more than a year. we have more at 10:00 on newschanne

that fire started two hours ago but investigators are still on the seen at 3rd street southeast right around livingston road. news 4's darcy spencer is on the scene. >> reporter: this is the apartment building where flames broke out today right here on the corner. if you look on the sidewalk, these are some of the residents who were displaced by that fire. they're being helped right now by the red cross. d.c. fire is here, d.c. police are here, they have launched an ar alcohol, tobacco and firearms searching inside an apartment where firefighters rescued a man from the smoke and flames. the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. multiple sources tell news 4 it's suspicious and it appears the man suffered injuries not connected to the fire. investigators with d.c. fire and police, the arson task force, now working together to find the cause. the fire was reported just before 7:00 in the evening here at the friendship court apartments on 3rd street southeast near livingston road. >> it's an occupied building. so yes, there were residents on the upper floors. there was a

police working to identify a body found inside of a burning car in southeast. a viewer sent us this video of the fire on ridge road. >> now witnesses say they heard gunfire shortly before the fire fox5's annie yu is following the story for us this morning. she's live with the latest. annie. >> reporter: well, erin and wisdom, police are still working to identify the person found inside this burned car. you can see behind me that d.c. police still guarding this crime scene that happened about 10 hours ago now. we also have this incredible video that a viewer shared with us. it's cell phone video and it really shows how this alley behind these homes were lit up by this fire. it's on ridge road and g street. inside this car police found a body. they're not clear whether the body found was that of a woman or a man and neighbors tell us that they heard a blast of gunfire just after 7:30 followed by a big explosion and that is when they saw the flames engulfing the vehicle. the viewer hoop sent us this video says she was here visiting family. take a listen. >> sound
