the san francisco southeast waterfront began its transformation this year as the first phase of the hunters point shipyard can as the project got under way. at full buildup, the neighborhood will include 10,500 homes. 1/3 of the house and will be below market rate, including the rebuild alice griffith public housing development. new companies that are coming into the hunters point and bayview area -- as you know, we opened fresh and easy just last month on august 24. i opened that stored to the light of so many residents to see their first full grocery store service. this is their second store in san francisco. the first one opened up on june 20. in addition to fresh and easy, san francisco's wholesale market produce is located in the bayview, and that produce market currently houses 30 companies in the 300,000 square foot wholesale market place. a produce market is a source of good jobs that pay well, and they do not require four-year degrees. the market's 200,000 square feet expansion will generate an additional 350 permanent jobs and $500 million in economic impact, keeping and creating

we look southeast from the roof cam in downtown san francisco.og could cause flight arrival delays into sfo but they will be short-lived as the fog will not hang around very long. talk about the temperatures and fog was thicker in the north bay valleys where we have 49 in napa. 52 in santa rosa. 50 in novato. a lot of low 50s around oakland and san francisco. mid to upper 50s, to even 50 in antioch. monterey bay, fog and inches low to mid-50s. three things i want you to know about forecast, warmest afternoons are today and tomorrow. it will be clear around the bay and inland tonight and still relatively comfortable with 50s and 60s in the. cooling as we jump into the weekend. today most of us warmer than average. san francisco will be around 70 but redwood city 3, san jose 6 degrees warmer. east bay valleys, that is where the warmest temperatures will be. 10 degrees in livermore. look at the cloud cover at 5:00 this morning, mainly around the bay and coast. by about 10:00, gone. that is when i expect flight arrival delays at sfo. 50s at the coast
