this happened at the corner of wheeler and valley roads in southeast washington. the fire truck was responding to an apartment fire when it slammed into a bus. the victims' conditions are not being released at this time. this morning a d.c. police officer is recovering after being hit by a car in a presidential motorcade. the accident happened along connecticut avenue. officers are stationed on side streets along the route as the president's motorcade traveled from a side street. it's not clear whether the vehicle was a civilian car or not. the officer is taken to the hospital is expected to be okay. >>> this morning the world is remembering hall of fame heavyweight boxer joe frazier. he died last night at the age of 67 after a battle with liver cancer. the legendary boxer went by the nickna nickname smokin joe frazier is is best known for his fights against muhammad ali. frazier was the first fighter to beat ali. he won a gold medal in the '64 olympics. in a statement, ali said he will always remember frazier with admiration and respect and also said the world ha
