see all that cloud cover just lifting through the mid lander and making it through southeastern pennsylvania. so the humidity is rising even though the tropical storm is hundreds of miles away even in the delaware valley we are seeing the clouds and we are feeling the humidity associated with the storm and you can see that cloud that really whisking toward the north through the philadelphia area. right now temperatures are still balmy in the 70's for most of the region and the dew point has risen it wasn't humid earlier because because of colin it is right now. dew points mainly in the 60s in dover it is oppressive at 70 degrees. the amount of moisture in the atmosphere when you see 70 you know that it is very humid. fox future cast shows a few spotty showers from another system to our west during the early morning hours. but by the time six, 7:00 a.m. rolls around we're seeing a clear sky and more clouds expected during tomorrow afternoon unrelated to colin so coming up we'll talk about more showers in our forecast. we'll kick colin offshore but we'll see much cooler air moving in and take

take a a look at the cold front that just plowed across the area, southeastern pennsylvania, all of delawareersey we he saw heavy rain, gusting wind and numerous reports of trees down, wires down, and power outage is a cross the area right new taking a look at the radar we're drying out across the area. no weather worries just watch out for left over debris, visibility, down to 1 mile right now in allentown, elsewhere, looking good, visibility right around eight to 10 miles and that is what you want. temperature wise right now, we're 66 in lancaster. sixty-eight in wilmington. up are 60's in millville and atlantic city, 72 degrees in wildwood. the tropic have been heating up, take a look the at flare up of convex over parts of the gulf of mexico, and in fact, take a look at this area right here, that is tropical storm, colin, maximum sustained wind at 40 miles an hour, and it is not well organized, it is moving to the north right now at 10 miles an hour, so it will likely bring heavy rain, toward the tampa area, and then eventually toward jacksonville, florida before pulling out to sea. as w

as you can see on the live radar, we still have rain in southeastern pennsylvania though it's clearing up for the allentown area and the poconos and parts of lancaster county. we're still not getting much down around the wilmington area. remember, an hour or so ago, fairly heavy in allentown and now the remnants of this are coming down into philadelphia and the northern suburbs. not nearly as heavy but it's just now getting into the city limits. just about to hit abbington and coming right across the pennsylvania turnpike so, yeah, there is some rain during the afternoon rush in some of these areas coming into haverford now and springfield and edgemont and phoenixville getting some and warrington and newtown and buxton getting some rain as well. this area is continuing to weaken and that's the trend as we go through the evening hours so there's going to be less and less rain. probably not going to be enough to help a lot of folks with the lawns that need some more rain but tomorrow is a different story. that's the future cast for the rest of the night. we'll go to the extended future c

the story begins at a school in delaware county in southeastern pennsylvania, a schoolteacher there had molested several boys, had raped one, and when the school officials and the local law enforcement figured out that something very, very wrong was going on, they unfortunately concluded that they just didn't have enough evidence, they didn't have a strong case they could bring against this teacher. so the school wanted to get rid of him and tragically they were okay with letting him become someone else's problem. so they wrote a letter of recommendation which with the understanding that he would leave. this monster took the letter of recommendation, went across the state line to west virginia, got hired as a teacher, and several years later he had become principal. of course, these people don't change their ways and he didn't. he continued to molest and attack little boys. it ended when he raped and killed a 12-year-old boy named jeremy bell in west virginia. that time, mr. president, justice caught up with this teacher. he's now serving a life sentence in jail for that murder, but of
