moderate rains for southeastern pennsylvania. we have flood advisories in effect.been extended until 2:00 this afternoon. we've already picked up a good 2 inches of rain here. those areas are beginning to flood as well and this one is in effect until noon. this will also be probably extended over the next couple of hours. visibility-wise, 4 miles in philadelphia, down to one mile in reading, 1.5 miles in wilmington. we this warm front in the process of pushing through. the temperatures on the other side are easily in the 50s and 60s. dover 62, millville 58, upper 30s and low 40s north and west. i don't think the front is going to quite clear the entire viewing area. probably gets hung up along the i-95 corridor. during the first part of the afternoon things ease up, still raining moderately north and west of the delaware river getting into the lehigh valley and poconos by 6:00, 7:00 this evening finally everything clears. we still have a lot of low level clods. patchy drizzle or mist taking place. the winds shift out of the northwest, the front finally clears the c
