wednesday day 6 of the presidential recount has several counties crossing the finish line here in southeastern wisconsin. dodge, ozaukee, sheboygan, walworth and washington wrapped up their recounts within the past 24 hours. this was a familiar sight this afternoon - counties like sheboygan packing away their ballots. sheboygan county saw more than 100 votes shift - a majority in favor of president elect donald trum. hand recount revealed that was mainly caused by voter errors. someone will take a ballot and either circle the candidates name and not connect the ends of the arrow. which is required for our ballot tabulator to read the ballot. meanwhile in larger counties like waukesha and milwaukee - efforts are less than halfway complete. both counties have brought in high efficiency machines to count thousands of ballots per hour. however, counties say they are on schedule. a new billboard in milwaukee is hoping to catch people's attention and raise awareness about drug abuse.the d-e-a and several local organizations launched an 8-week campaign on painkiller and heroin abuse. the billboard is at the in
