the community partnership of southern arizona is the regional behavioral health authority in pima county. and one of the things that, as an organization, we're very much tuned into is kind of the changing needs in the community. i came to the va about 5 years ago and i had worked in the community for many years and had worked with cpsa a lot when i worked at some of the public agencies. so, i had already the relationships with a lot of the people there. and then, once i came over here, i think that partly that we were having sort of a surge in kind of more mental health funding coming into the va. there was just kind of more tension because of all the returning iraqi vets. we believe that a system like ours can be of tremendous benefit to organizations like tricare, the department of defense, in providing behavioral health benefits to enlisted military and their families. and, in fact, have developed the proposal and have been working very closely with tricare and samhsa to try and move that forward. the two issues that you really see are peer support and in-home care. it's peer support
