new york, upstate new jersey, and southern baltimore county, and dc in this heat advisory. take a look at the weather in motion, yeah, a steamer out there. no question about that, you can cut it with a knife, and the sun is merciless, if you're an outdoor worker, you felt it today. the mid 90s, is the hottest we've been, and now it's the upper 90s, and the het index -- heat index is approaching 110. if you're at the beach, use the sun block, and the numbers will ramp up by noon tomorrow. on the water, it'll be hot. where are the cool spots in maryland right now? 79 in the mountain at oakland, and 82 at the beach in ocean city. there's a few places to escape, but for all of central maryland, the water temperature is up in the low to mid 80s, there's no relief, unless you jump in the water. this is a total measure of the moisture in the air. when you see 80 in the state capital, that's the highest i've seen it. i've seen 80 before, last summer, that's oppressive humidity, and that's why you have the highest heat index is here. it's 104 for the temperature. the values tomorrow
