and 'standoff' -- coming to an end -- in southern california. police say -- the guy was driving a 'stolen car'... when he 'led police' on a high- speed chase -- through 'several' counties. at one point... he was 'throwing things' -- 'out' the window -- 'on' the freeway. the man eventually 'pulled over'... and appeared to be "threatening to minutes' of negotiations.... officers were able to 'swarm the man' -- and take him into custody. he 'appeared' to be injured.... but police haven't...
